A receipt is emailed to you automatically as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also view every order and download its receipt anytime from the My Account section under “Orders.” If you checked out as a guest, just reach out and we’ll resend it.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Simply contact our support team with your order number and we’ll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Most popular items are restocked regularly. If something is marked “out of stock,” email us the product name and we’ll let you know the expected restock date — or suggest a similar in-stock alternative.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Enter your shipping address at checkout and you’ll see delivery options before you pay. Standard delivery arrives within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
